During a seated pranayama session in South Africa, Geeta Iyengar made the following light-hearted comment: “Should I go for the chair… even if you get up [in the middle of the practice] … and take the chair, I’m not going to stop you. I will say the light [of your awareness] has come [on] a little late’ [like a tube light].
